UMA Cornerstone Staff and Students will have an opportunity to share with their legislators how UMA Cornerstone has had an impact on students’ lives. Students in this program have similar hardships such as low income, first generation or are disabled but also, these students want to become a college graduate. UMA Cornerstone/TRIO has helped to make it possible for many students. Are you one of these students or know of a UMA Cornerstone Student? Please come to the State House Hall of Flags and show your support! The event will be from 9 am to 12 pm. For more information contact Tony Staffere by phone: (207) 621-3201 or by email: anthony.staffiere@maine.edu
